We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we will provide a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
